Causes of backpain:
Almost everybody wakes up at some time or another with a sharp pain in the lumbar region. Thankfully, it is frequently “just” caused by muscular tension, such as following overexertion during sports or a chill caused by sleeping with the window open. In some cases, however, it is a more serious problem which could have any one of a multitude of causes.
